PURPOSE
At CARELI we process the data provided by our customers, suppliers and/or collaborators for the following purposes:
– Maintain our business relationship, as well as administrative, accounting and fiscal tasks.
– Offer the best possible service and be able to meet the commitments arising from our business relationship.
– Respond to your queries and provide interested parties with offers of products and services.
– Send the information you request and keep you informed of developments that affect our products and services.
– Registration on our website to contact us using the “contact” sections or to leave comments on our blog.
The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship or as long as the interested party does not request its deletion, always respecting the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Corporate contact data can be used to send commercial information about our products and services, always based on the legitimate interest of our existing relationships and in accordance with the provisions of both the RGPD itself and Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
The personal data provided for commercial purposes will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained plus the period legally established by the General Tax Law 58/2003 of December 17 (art. 66 to 70).
LEGITIMATION
CARELI obtains personal data under your legitimate consent and these are treated according to the defined privacy policy.
The legal basis for the treatment of the data of clients, suppliers and partners, is the execution of a purchase or sale contract/order whose purpose is solely and exclusively the legitimate interest of the management and administration of said orders/contracts.
While browsing our website we may request personal information when you wish to interact on our blog and/or send us a contact form, it will always be done with your explicit authorization and after having accepted our privacy policy.
CARELI is not responsible for the personal data that is voluntarily published in the blog comments and the use that other users may make.
RECIPIENTS
The data provided will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligation. However, when necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship and/or to comply with the provisions of the applicable regulations, personal data may be communicated to:
Banking entities and payment management entities. Tax, customs and other public administration authorities, as well as competent authorities in compliance with applicable regulations.
Carriers or logistics operators that carry out transport or shipping activities, manufacturers, subcontractors and/or suppliers of some products/services supplied, to the extent strictly necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship and the coordination of business activities.
No international data transfers will be made to third countries or international organizations.
RIGHTS
CARELI declares and guarantees the implementation and maintenance of adequate protection measures to guarantee the integrity of the information, allow its recovery in the event of incidents and prevent unauthorized access to the data you provide us.
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not CARELI is processing personal data that concerns them.
Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data, data portability or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected and in any case, the right to file a claim with a control authority.
In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. CARELI will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
You are informed that you can exercise your rights by attaching to the request a copy of your ID card or document that proves your identity and is admitted by law, or in the case of representation, a document proving it, and indicating the address for notification purposes, the date and signature of the applicant,
